How the price is calculated

Base rates are listed on vehicle pages. Your total depends on the model, number of vehicles, day of the week, rental duration and route. Vehicle delivery and travel outside the city are charged separately. Request the full route price before confirming your booking. The displayed rates are hourly prices for individual vehicles, not the total cost of a convoy. Check the selected vehicle page for minimum booking times and additional charges, as terms can differ between models.

Routes in Kyiv and outside the city

Provide the pickup address, ceremony time, photo locations and reception address. For several cars, agree the travel sequence and passenger arrangements. Include waiting periods and journeys outside Kyiv in your request so the manager can account for the entire rental period. For example, an itinerary may include collection from home, travel to the ceremony, a photo stop and arrival at the reception. This is a planning example: the addresses, waiting periods and duration of each stage are agreed for your booking.

Details to prepare for your booking

• Wedding date and preferred pickup time.
• Your preferred model or requirements for vehicle class, colour and quantity.
• Passenger numbers and the route between all locations.
• Decoration preferences and any other details to discuss in advance.

Before payment, agree the vehicles, rental duration, delivery terms and final total. Decoration and additional requests are discussed separately. For guest transport, you can also explore minibuses in the fleet.
